I have some top of the line Bridgestone tires on there now, suppose to be the best of the best across everything for a all season tire, kinda new tire too. It's a good tire besides the mileage, suppose to beat Michelin.

Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack (1)
Michelin MXM4 (2)
Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring (3)
Continental purecontact LS (4)
Yokohama Avid asend gt (5)
Was the wear even, or inside/outside/center/edges?

Only matters where I'm going
So after a little research, seems new cars come with tires made through a deal with dealerships and tire companies to make them softer rubber to make the ride smoother so you are more likely to buy the car cause of the smooth ride. So if you buy the same exact tire from factory, it is not the same tire technically

So you bought the car new? And the OE tires only lasted 25k? And the tires wore out evenly? Could the car been equipped with summer sport tires? I only say this because I've never heard that tire makers make two sets of tires ( one for car manufacturers, made of a softer compound, solely for new car sales) and a retail version, for consumer sales. It seems to me that it would be more expensive for tire manufacturers to do that, so much so, that it seems impractical.

It’s true. Not only softer, but with less tread depth.

I will compare everything on the tire now to the same one online and see but from a glance this is correct
