I have enjoyed studying Russian WW2 history. This is the Germans against the Russians. I stumbled across the Series "The Unknown War" about 3 years ago and was hooked.

I do not have a single tinge of sympathy for the German civilians who died in WW2. Dresden firebombing was not enough. Should have killed more of them. Their husbands and sons firebombed, murdered and raped civilians in Spain, Czechoslovakia, Poland, USSR. They did not get enough payback.
Same for German POWs. Too many made it back alive to Germany. Not after the way they treated Soviet prisoners.
