nah I am in a rental sooo yeah. Anything 1000lb or under you don't have to worry about using floor joists or at least that is what ive been told

Honestly, it's probably fine. Floor loads were a big part of my previous job. Old wood was much stronger, but old things have their problems.

That assumes the wood is in good condition and not damaged over the last 70ish years.

Spent the entire weekend setting up the house I just rented in Canton. It still ain’t ready, but at least it’s cleaner, and I’ve got a few sticks of furniture in it.
