So here recently I had the opportunity to try out a Rock Island Armory 1911 chambered in 22TCM. RIA was nice enough to send this pistol to the channel along with some ammo so I had some fun with it!

Some guys over at Uzi Talk were looking at a conversion for the Mac to .22 TUM since would only require a barrel change. Sam over at Practical Solutions actually built a prototype. I have not been over there in a while but I would love to find out that I could run .22TCM on my full auto M11/9!
