My buddy Eric that owns www.etsconceal.com and builds all my holsters for me, family and close friends. He built a couple of these dual mag/ cuff carriers to see what kind of attention it gets. I am not LEO but I could see how this would be nice to free up space on the already packed duty belt. If you are interested in somethuing like this he said all he needs to know is what gun and cuffs you carry. He can even modify it from there if needed.

Moved to the Mindset, tactical training and gear section. Hopefully you'll get some more views here. Those look pretty nice. I'll show this to a couple of my LEO buddies. I'm not sure if they are allowed to use them or not. I know they said that they were required to use a Safariland holster for their gun but I'm not sure if they have any requirements for their other gear or not.

Yeah some dept are sticklers like that. Others not so much.
