Thinking about picking up this M&P 9L

https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/mobile/product/84204/redirect

Are the triggers on the Pro Series any different than the regular M&P? If not, are the triggers on the newer M&P's better than the older model M&P's? I heard somewhere that the newer model M&P's had better triggers than the older models but don't know if there is any truth to that or not? I had an older model M&P that I HAD to put an Apex kit in. Just wondering because if that's still the case I'll probably just go with a Glock 40. I feel dirty for saying that.

Sub'd for info.

I had and M&P and just couldn't get into the striker business back then. Traded it off and now I've finally made the switch to strikers and kinda want a 2.0 to give it another go. I liked the ergonomics of the M&P. The trigger, not so much.

I tried the trigger on a shield Performance Centernand it's night and day better than the factory shield.

My dad has a M&P 9L Pro series. It's trigger is crazy light. Much nicer than any M&P I have ever owned.

I love my pro series. The trigger is nice, although it is hard to beat the apex.

I'll eventually put a forward set Apex flat trigger in it since I prefer a flat trigger anyways. I just don't want to have to do it right away.

I am still running the factory in mine and it is just fine.
