We bought a book of 40 crockpot recipes using "only 5" ingredients each. They don't count seasoning and broth as ingredients, so it's not really what it seems, but has some good stuff in it.

Another good one are actually the pot roast kits from Wal Mart. We can usually make those last 2 days too.

Those walmart pot roast kits are surprisingly good. My GF also makes chicken and dumplings in our crock pot, and its delicious

since I just recently started eating meat, I find that I don't like chicken, everything else is YUMMY

Chicken is kind of bland by itself. I much prefer red meat, but chicken is cheap

Chicken breasts in buffalo sauce like Texas Pete. Cook for 3 hours and then take the chicken out and shred it with two forks. Put the shredded chicken back in and cook for another hour (back in the sauce). At this point you can shut off the cooker and eat as a sammich or tacos with blue cheese, ranch etc.
