Me too, but your post seemed to imply buying and selling with intention of making a profit...which would be illegal.
its only illegal if you get caught though lol

and its not a profit, it is simply buying an object that will appreciate along with inflation, unlike the dollar :)

It's actually illegal regardless of whether you are caught or not.

Go old school and buy spices...they even fought over them in Star Wars

If He gets his way you might need an FFL to sell any of it profit or not
Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. I can't bear to watch this campaign against out rights coming up on Thursday.

so if someone sells a gun, it sells

legal or not

dude, you should use this logic to explain to antigun folks why their laws suck!
Well, you seem to be suggesting that it's only illegal if you get caught. Not true. There are only repercussions if you get caught, but it's still illegal.

The law is the genesis of the repercussions.

Mags probably, but I have more $$ in ammo than guns. Is it just for storage?

only storage inside my home. i put my spare ak47 mags and random gun accessories (sleeves, cases, instruction pamphlets, speed loaders, etc.) in it just to keep things neater.

its not so much for security as it is for organizing. still, its heavy and locked and i doubt anyone would attempt to make off with it

i use the .30 cal ammo cans for the bulk of my ammunition. the random assorted ammo i put in toolboxes such as the "homer box"

6a00d8341c666c53ef0115713adf0f970b-pi

cost 8 bucks and fills a good amount of random things. also you can stack them and lock them as well, or get a thin cable lock and lock 3 or 4 together at a time stacked on top

its not flame proof nor idiot proof but it is just a convenient way to store things IMO

i was looking at getting a toolbox for my chevy s10. they cost starting around 150 bucks i saw. i dont need the toolbox though, only reason i havent gotten it yet. now im looking to buy more tools so i can have an excuse to get the truck bed box lol
It looks like I can bolt it down, and it should keep smash and grabbers out considering the other layers of defense in the house.

for sure you can. but if they cant get into the box i wouldnt worry about them carrying it off if its filled with ammo

i doubt two people would want to try and lift a metal box plus 4K 7.62x39 ammo
