I don't know... that's pretty dang rustic for 10G's... i mean, if it's your style, go for it.
After the price crosses about $4k for a table, it had better have a bitchin glass slick finish over some damn fine wood, or at least really nice veneer.
And for what it's worth, the best wood grain usually goes to the veneer manufacturers.
