It's a royal pain in the ass...basically any time you have to deal with eBay seller support is a pain in the ass. I got lucky and the dude never shipped the wheels back. Hopefully that's the case for you as well. It seems like a lot of these kind of situations are people fishing for a partial refund because they spent more than they intended.
