Well I was at Walmart they had 22 long rifle Winchester so I picked up three boxes. They were out of 5.56 ammo and no 223

I love it when I find Perfecta .223 ammo at the couple of Walmarts in my neck of the woods. It runs about 30cents a round compared to around 45cents for American Eagle (Federal) 5.56. I also grab the 9mm Perfecta, as it is about 20cents a round. The stuff shoots well, maybe a bit hot, and has good brass for reloading (someday).
I don't have an unlimited shooting budget, so I always look for the most economical way to "feed the habit".
