@Hoss so total intake for today is 1045 cals 8 caps of water and lots of eggs , greens and fruits. took a 15 min walk around the neighborhood with the wife . hope to add to my walk each day then start adding more to my workout . not great but its a start
1045 is crazy low. Try something higher that you can eventually turn into an easier long term habbit.

I use My fitness pal and a kitchen food scale to get pretty decent calorie readings

My bench is shit due to a shoulder issue, I hate it, been trying really hard to work on it, but I bench so uneven. Up to 205 right now
Hey man, anything above 135 is outside of pussy stage :D

Everybody is afraid of pushups. They suck. Own them and we'll have you doing 100 in 8 weeks
I'd love to be doing them but I pulled a muscle in my shoulder maxing out on them.

Awesome. That's a great feeling.

Today is a light workout day. I did 3.5 miles this morning an AMT. I'll do 100 pushups and sit-ups throughout the day. I'll be working on the pole barn this afternoon.

Based on what I just googled it does cause the body to release some additional insulin, but it is the least of all the other options.

You're probably fine consuming some. Everything we eat causes some insulin release.
Cool. Thanks. I'll just abandon it entirely. I lost 130 pounds over 2 years and have gained 25 back in the last 6 months. So I hope this won't take long.

You won't see my workout posts with much heavy weights. I bulked up with heavy weights 5 years ago and realized that I now had to keep lifting heavy shit for no apparent reason to maintain it.

Only the dead lifts were heavy.

I feel like like a brick house though, my fiancée like to punch my muscles.
