There is a lot of new technology out there. Depending on his setup, there are multiple things to get. Look at something with solar power capabilities. Water purifying items are always good. Don't forget alcohol as a good bottle of whiskey or a case of brew is always welcome!

Definitely get to know the guys at Grumpy Old Men brewery. Medical supplies are worth more than gold in SHTF scenario. Guns/ammo buy cheap stack deep or reloading supplies even better. Canning jars and lids and seeds for planting.

I like the 2 suggestions above, maybe a nice H2O purifier system, medical supplies, also stuff people dont think of but use every day TP, paper towels, tampons etc...

Water bricks are pretty cool if you have the space. Obviously all the above mentioned items are a must have

Water purifier. Seed bank, always ammo, batteries, food. I think cheap whiskey and disposable lighters make great trade items. Any medical supplies

Clip strips are a great stocking stuffer. These things are super bright. 140 lumens.

Books.

I have not seen these lights before- looks pretty awesome for the money. And it looks like something I can put on everyone and in each vehicle without spending a fortune.

Of course, the last time I tried to use the flashlight I put in my wife's van, it was dead. And the batteries were corroded- it had been dead a long time.
