I scored some Ahi Tuna just the other day.

Anyone have a simple recipe for grilling it?

I'm thinking a pineapple glaze medium rare over a bed of green leafy stuff

I've tried grilling ahi steaks before, but they stuck to the grill (I either didn't use enough oil or my thermometer was wrong)

I got Reynolds foil and thought I better use it.

I got cedar planks for salmon and it works great but I don't think I wanna try it on the tuna

Grill it as hot as possible for a very short amount of time. Don't go too crazy with the spices. Something as simples as salt and pepper is great. If your grill grates are hot enough it shouldn't sick at all. What are you cooking on?

Not a problem. You can make great food on there noisy make sure it's really hot before you put them on and don't over cook it. It should be served rate or else the texture gets weird and it dries out
