I want to put together a .300blk with a 16” barrel. I know I could do a pistol but I don’t have a suppressor so length doesn’t matter and I would rather have a proper stock.
I plan to use it for hog and deer (inside 100yards), what is a good barrel that is accurate enough for hunting. It doesn’t need to be a bull barrel since it isn’t going to be shot enough to heat the barrel up too much or be a precision rifle. I don’t mind buying quality but I’m seeing prices between $100 up to $3-400. Is like to get a decent barrel without spending more than I have to. Any suggestions?
