11 meter CB amplifier
X Force X-400 Base, 115vac.
This is a Carl built amp with very little talk time since new.
1x sc2290 driving 4x sc2879.
All transistors are Toshiba's, finals are a matched set.
800 watts with a 1 watt dead key input on AM, with my stingy Zetagi meters.
250-300 watt Average RMS on AM with my lab grade Bird meters.
Output varies with input, meters used and SWR of your antenna.
SSB it will do a bit more but due to hearing loss, I don't talk on sideband.
Preamp works great with a 4db+ gain and clean.
Due to the nature of electronics and past experiences with parts swappers, I will not ship.
I will be glad to meet at my ham techs shop to let you talk on it and see that it does what it's supposed to do.
Bring your own meters of you like.
