What guns have you owned that sucked as far as function goes? Me: Glock 17 Gen 4 This was right when Gen 4s came out. Brass would fly out and hit me in the face. Maybe 2-3 times per mag. Then Glock offered an update (aka voluntary recall) that solved this problem. Still don't a Gen 4 17.

I want to make a bullet trap for 22lr and 300blk to demo silencers. I'd be shooting directly into it. I'm thinking using a steel tube 6-8" in diameter with an end cap as the container. What thickness and length should I go with? Then filling it with layers of sand and clay. Watcha think?
