    Ha! I actually have a cheap carving knife I got off Amazon that works very well. I'll roast or smoke a bottom round or eye of round and carve it super thin for French Dips. I was surprised at how well it works. But I do like my Chef's Specials lol!

    I was telling my coworker about the old lady who was going the wrong way and tried to hit me head-on, he told me the day before she almost hit him also but it happened about 10 miles from where I was.

    Also, yes. Lots of high HP cars running around Texas. I stayed a week in Dallas back in the day to meet up with a bunch of HP Junkies I knew online...had a big drive-in at Keller's that weekend. Fun times...
