I had always wanted a 22 pump, and finally got a, new to me, 1936 Remington model 12 a couple of months ago.

I got a pamphlet from Cabella's in an order I received today, and they have the Ruger LCP 7 round mag on sale for $29.99. They also have free shipping through 12/18 with code 3winter. Their website didn't show the sale price, so I called and they honored the sale price. It's # 86A-9595-254.

I do need one of these. I can't decide between the SR1911 or the CMD. Don't tell me both. I can't hardly afford to pay attention.

I got my XDs back this morning, along with a new 7 round magazine. The trigger is just a little bit heavier, hardly noticeable, and it might lighten up with use. It has a short stroke once the slack is taken up. Reset seems shorter with a definite feel and audible click. But I haven't shot it in...

Back to my PF-9 until my XDs comes home, and Elsie when I need something a little smaller.

Since I sent back my XDs, I'm mostly back to carrying a PF-9, Elsie or sometimes a Baby Browning in a wallet holster.

I sent mine in Thursday. I sure didn't want to, but figured I could have it be in line ahead of thousands of others.

They're kind of ugly. Especially compared to the 77/22, but I reckon they are only about half the price.

Congratulations on the XDs. I sure do like mine. I never figured when I bought it how much I would enjoy shooting it.
