The Jericho 941 is a good price point for a CZ style gun. I think a Tanfo would be a good buy, lots of nice features out of the box...

I keep mine under 3900fps and use heavier, longer projectiles. 60 gr Nosler Partioned or Sierra Game King I also leave .003-.005 extra...
