Monkey made vs. Gypsy made....tough call.I'd personally chose a Century Arms 100% American made RAS47 or C39V2 over the Romanians.

Really. Has there been some sort of change over there? Last I heard they were hit and miss. The Century Arms new AK's are solid dude. Nice clean lines, finish is top notch, and they ran flawless during the entire week of training in the sand pits of middle Tennessee.

Jeezuz, really? Is that why a good number had such terrible keyholing issues? The guns they make seem ok. Everything they i.port they seem to screw up...plus they have a lot of ground to cover based upon what they've done in the past... like selling AK74s with 5.56 barrels instead of 5.45...because hey why not.

I shot a rental 74 at Quickshot in Atlanta. 25 yards, basketball sized groups with perfect little bullet silhouettes. A buddy of mine was kind of baffled, he said is it supposed to do that? lol...no young grasshopper, no it is not.Yes....for a while they didn't want to admit it...they did. Still a bunch of Century AK74s floating around with 5.56 chambered barrels. That's why I stay away from the CIA AK74s....all of them. It's all shame too. When they have the correct caliber barrel they aren't bad guns.
