Lots of neat places to see, even stateside. I was fortunate to have lived in West Germany as a kid (USAF kid) and got to see a lot of Europe.
Cruises are fun but you don't get to really experience the culture. Any places you're considering? I'd love to visit places like @gaigeboyd is going on his honeymoon but honestly I'm pretty chickenshit to try and navigate a foreign country on my own.
I feel comfortable with Europe since I lived there for 3 years...I'd like to go back to Japan and maybe connect with my roots someday.
