Nobody really likes to share their ammo inventories, and I get that, but what is the single largest centerfire ammo order you've ever placed?

Back in 2007ish Surplus ammo had some surplus (older stuff) Olin marked 38 special for $150/1000, and a killer deal on battle packs of .308. I don't remember the breakdown, but I do remember the order was for 5,000 total rounds. That's probably my single biggest ammo order.

Yours?

I think the biggest single order I ever did was 3k. 1k 5.56, 1k 7.62x39 and 1k homo caliber. My UPS driver leaves them in the driveway, cause it's like a whole 20 extra feet to go down the sidewalk to the front porch where they would be hidden by a shrubbery.

you all have me beat. I think the most ive ever had shipped was a round a thousand rounds of 7.62x39 and 9mm

and since 9mm is for recoil sensitive underprivileged poverty-stricken females like myself, I'm sure it didn't weigh down the box any.

My ups man sneaks up to the house, & leaves a note "sorry, we missed you" when we are there. Doesn't ring the door bell or blow the horn. He did it yesterday evening.

They apparently do not knock any more. Mine literally throws them in the driveway and hauls ass outta there. A couple of times he's left them in the wrong driveway.

They arent paid my the hour. My buddy's dad is a driver and he says they get xx amount per day and the faster they make all their deliveries the faster they get to go home with the same pay. He is always bragging about being off by like 2pm.

My package requires a signature, so something's probably wrong like the box is broken into & the driver is trying to avoid responsibility, make 3 'attempts' at delivery, then I have to drive into town and pick up the box at UPS.

I have everything delivered to my shop now. I'm open 7:30am-5:30pm mon-fri. Every now and then I'll get a note that says "delivery attempted: business closed" all while there are no less than 10 people here. Sometimes I think they just say "fuck it, I'm ready to go home".

I like out UPS man. The FedEx guy is a lazy fuck though. I avoid fedex now even though it's sometimes the cheapest option.

I get non-ffl items at work too. Boxes arrive just like they left the factory.
But deliveries at home, UPS beats the fuck out of them, crushes them or rips big holes in them.

My UPS guy either throws them over the fence or leaves them in the driveway, think it may have something to do with the "trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again" sign I have out there.

I get all my crap delivered to my office. But on a serious note the most ammo I have EVER ordered online was 40 (forty) rounds of 300 blk. Everything else that I have bought is from private sellers or store front, mostly private though.

Haha beat that suckers
