Swap meet

Yesterday I attended a radio-controlled swap meet. I will share some of my findings.
My first find was a radio-controlled Hydra. Now this is a story store type it only sells for about 80 bucks. But I got it for $5 and the grandkids will have a ball with it down to Lake. It won't be very fast it came with batteries transmitter ready to go.

Another big score I made was a Homelite 25 cc weedeater engine converted RC. It has a big carburetor and a good aluminum back plate. Its wings 18 X 6 prop.
I paid a whole $13 for it.

Here is a picture of the little 3 foot wingspan by plane I picked up at the swap meet for $10. It came with the motor in it the speed control in it receiver in its servers that are ready to fly.

Another interesting thing I picked up was a small 4 stroke. It's .45 CI.

Rich did you get the little 4 stroke running? I love the sound of these little motors

Yes I did. The four strokes sounds so good running. You don't even have to run mufflers on them. They sort of remind me a little motorcycle engines.
