Ruger lcr

Picked up a ruger lcr yesterday. It is a very clean gun with very minimal wear. Well I get it to a quiet location last night and was just checking it out and it seems to have a slight rattle coming from the hammer area. Is this normal or something I should investigate?

Mine did not have that, or at least i newer noticed.

I've never noticed a rattle with mine.

I just checked and mine does have a slight rattle when I unloaded it and closed the cylinder and shook it. Wtf?

Upon further inspection it sounds like it is the transfer bar safety.

Thanks. It is a very slight but noticeable rattle. I pulled the grip off but didn't have good light to inspect it.

I just Googled it and others have noticed the same thing and came to the conclusion that it is the transfer bar safety as well.
