Vikings Tactical 2 point. Either mount with Hk clamps, or QDs depending on rail/stock choices. If skeleton stock I’ll probably run the HK clamps

I think I’m gonna try QD mounts for the first time ever.

There's an outside faucet on the log house, I know. That's probably the closest water. And it's an easy trip from there to Walmart that wouldn't require a 4wd if anybody needed anything. One thing I'll have to find out about is what stage their in on renovating the log house.

I think I’m gonna try QD mounts for the first time ever.

Been using them for a few years. I really like ditching the sling when I’m in a vehicle or swapping slings between long guns as I carry different ones. Saves me 80.00 having to buy a sling for every rifle.

I'll start looking into it. May take a little while. A lot of moving parts for me. Need some help making sure Suz is OK, figuring out his much I can handle (after not getting hardly any sleep Friday, the big day yesterday & taking care of Suz today, I've had to use my cane for the 1st time in a long time) & clearing it with the FAM. 99% of the time they have no issues with what I do over there so not really expecting any trouble on that front.
