My neighborhood is a tad hilly. From front to back is about a half mile with three small ish hills. If I travel outside the neighborhood its very flat... But there is a nice little 3 mile circle around my neighborhood.Work in some hills. Run with a bandana over your face (bandit style) if it continues to be a problem.
Way to go!!!!!!!Reached a milestone yesterday - 20 miles at Turkey Mountain. Trying to get prepared for a 50K in Feb....this is wearing me out!
