Only the dead lifts were heavy.

I feel like like a brick house though, my fiancée like to punch my muscles.
You're still young. Go big. I'm 40. I'll maintain with body weight exercises where possible. I do like running with the 12 lb bars though. Hurts like shit.

I haven't restricted it and my keto strips still come out purple. I do avoid artificial sweetener since it still causes insulin spikes
artificial sweeteners can cause digestive tract issues! I avoid them like the plague!

Did an hour on the bike this morning. I'm going to do an hour of circuit training this evening.

Today is our 6pm group run from Decatur. There will be two groups, and I'll be leading the faster pack. Plan on 4-6 mile route options, at a variety of paces.

This will be a great run for breaking out of a funk. We're going to tackle a couple of the areas toughest hills.

*No one will get dropped.*

Beer afterward at the U-Joint. http://www.ujointbar.com/

pm me if you are interested in details.

Who's in!?

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. I'm out of shape after a 4 month injury hiatus, but clawing back. The pace has been 7:45-8:30ish depending on hills and who's leading the charge. We have some great routes, but usually improvise and try to work some trails in when possible. This group is entirely responsible for helping me break through some plateaus. It's a good mix of folks, with some former Div 1 athletes. They've helped with form and efficiency a lot, and they'll go as fast as you want. We have some 1:15 trail half marathon guys.
There is also a slower group that usually does 9:30-10 min miles.

I'm taking a rest today. I will do my 100 pushups and situps throughout the day. Next week, I'm upping the pushups to 150. I can tell a difference already.

Rest day here as well. Last nights run sapped me, and I'm not to keen on another injury.
