One more serious question. Since I'm resubmitting can I change barrel and over all lengths and still go ahead and email those guys to try and expedite lol. I guess worst case scenario they notice it and send me to the back of the line?

Is it an AR variant? If so I'd just resubmit it as is since you aren't required to notify them of non permanent changes.

I think @NWS had one refunded once. Not 100% sure though.

Took about 45 to 60 days to get the refund. Mine was back when approvals were running 30 days. I had the new stamp a month before I got my refund.

It was on a credit card though, so it wasn't like I was really out any money.

Mine also wasn't a denial, but rather one I decided not to do, but then Dobbs convinced me to do it after I had already canceled it so I resubmitted......which is funny because it was my AK SBR which is my one SBR I don't give a crap about and have tried to sell.

I had a denial last month and got the refund back on my CC the next day. Weird.

Or Surge 762. The modularity gives it a slight edge over the Sandman to me. But they are both excellent options.
I prefer the mounting system of the DA (no threads) plus it's made in GA.

Haven't felt a Surge but I know the DA definitely has my vote.
