I picked up another LCP and took it to the range today. I was in Fin Feather and Fur the other day they had a generation two so it had to come home with me. I ran 50 rounds through it and it ran flawlessly. Here are the targets I shot it about 7 yards off hand one hand only.

Did you notice any benefit with the larger sights on the new LCP Rich?

How many rounds have you put through the old LCP, and did you have to replace anything on it?

Ray on my first LCD I thought about building up the sites to what the generation 2 is I never got around to it.
I don't know how many rounds I put through my first generation LCP but it was quite a few rounds. Original Generation 1 is still my carry peace everyday.
The sights and trigger are much nicer on the generation 2

So you have the original spring still functioning properly after many rounds? In other words all parts have proven themselves durable? I ask this because I recommend the LCP to everyone, and I have had people question the longevity of the gun. I am not much of a quantity target shooter so I can't answer them.
