Yes, I have one missing too. You will still get an email with approved form when approved.

Did you recently notice an odd draft of your form 1 show up in the drafts section as well and deleted it since you already had one in submitted? That's what happened with my UZI. When I deleted the draft, the submitted deleted too. It was still in the system and still approved, but it was gone from the eforms site.

You're fine then. Your eform is gone forever from the eform website, but it will still approve and you will still get a stamped form 1.
