I would think either a Soldering iron or a dremel. What are you wanting to "brand" on it?

Complicated is subjective. Standard flat logo.
Quantity: Thousands.
Then it may be worth having someone like @KGmade machine a brand and then you would need to do some trial and error with temperature to get the definition you want in the kydex. Too hot and you melt through it and too low it can be uneven.

Heat up one of those SET coins and see how it works on some thin kydex. Rivet the logo'd piece to whatever.

You will probably want the negative image of the coin so the logo will be right, but this is just a test.
Wonder if you could heat it up and apply it from behind, basically stamp it from inside so it looks embossed?

Holster Builder offers laser etching into the belt attachments. If you buy the attachments from them, they can laser them with your logo and ship to you. The more you do the cheaper of course.

Although I think laser is the best approach, I would want to see the logo on the outside somewhere visible.
