I went down to the basement Tonight to do a Little bit of shooting.
I started out with my Umarex BB pistol. I put about a hundred rounds through it as fast as I could pull the trigger at 7 yards.

Oldtimers moment. Now I remember why I always use to 6 o'clock hold for target shooting. On this target had trouble seeing my sites.
The upper 5 shots was used in the centerhold. The lower 5 shots was using a 6 o'clock Hold.

I just ordered a Crossman 2240 co2 pellet pistol. I can't wait for April 10th when it will be delivered. A birthday present from me to me.

I have ordered 5 of the 2240 Crosman pistols from Amazon. I have given them to people to get them started shooting something. I have set up a 40 ft. range in my studio and my wife and I shoot almost every day.

I have also ordered 3 of the 2400 KT models from the Crosman Custom Shop and they are very nice. They were less than $200 each.

http://www.crosman.com/custom-shop/

Two of them have the 10.1 Lothar Walther Match Barrel (.177 caliber) and one the .22 caliber barrel. The .177 cal are very very accurate!

I have made teak grips, fore grips and cheek rests for a few of them. I have played with stronger springs from Ace Hardware and tweaked them a bit. I have UTG bug buster scopes on the .177s.

My wife and I have shot about 30,000 rounds in the last year.... and...YES, she can out shoot me! We shoot 8 groups of 5 and she often has 5 shots in the same hole.

I want to get an accurate chrony. I had one for a while but sent it back as it was hit or miss as to consistency.

I'd like to see pictures of your range setup. I shoot 10 yards in my basement.

I made two target boxes, 4" deep by 11" square inside dimensions. I filled each one with 5 lbs. electrician's putty and they soak up pellets like a sponge without any noise at all. After about 10,000 rounds in each box I put a new layer of 5 lbs. putty over the old/first layer. Needless to say they are very stable! I put two metal screws on the top edge of each box and use very powerful magnets that hold onto the screws which in turn holds the target paper firmly in place. I put handles on each box to help move them around.

I hope this photo goes through.

This is looking down range with the shooting station set at 30 ft. It is on 4" wheels so it is easy to reposition.

I need to improve my photo sending skills.. I know how to take them; have over 200,000 photos in one of my computers, resizing them is a pain.

These are most of my air guns. Wish I could send a larger photo. I'll take some close ups tomorrow.
