What's it do? I have sight adjustment tools, Allen heads, a dogbone with four common ratchet heads, and my leatherman when I go to the range. I've never had a buffer tube come lose at the range, and you could just hand toughen until you get home.

Leatherman Mut would be another good option if you are looking for one. Not cheap though.

From my experience, anything marketed as a "multi-tool" does multiple things poorly.
true. Multi-tools are the CLP of the tool world.

I like CLP.

Maybe 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner would have been a better example. I mean, aren't you just washing the conditioner out?
Same with clp. If you have a solvent/"cleaner" and a lube, aren't you just washing the lube out?

If your buffer tube comes loose, you're doing it wrong. Tighten the castle nut with the AR wrench / spanner and stake that mofo for crying out loud.

I carry a Swiss Army knife, a pair of pliers, a set of Allen wrenches, and an AR sight adjustment tool in my bag when I go to the range. If I have an issue that can't be fixed with this set of tools, then I probably need to be in my workshop and not in a shooting lane.
