I was on US Concealed Carry's website and got on their blog page and there is some interesting reading about being an armed citizen. If you get a chance breeze through them. One think I like about articles is it can grow conversation. Be safe.

Interesting article.
I have an active social life. I'm an Armed Citizen who of course believes in a right to self defense. The majority of my friends share that same belief and have concealed weapons permits. I went to a movie last weekend and twice took my boat out to a Park/Launch Area at Park owned by the Local Electric Company. Tomorrow night I'm attending an event at the City Museum. All three places have something in common. They have legal "No Concealed Weapons Allowed" Signs posted.
If I should happen to get attacked at the the Theater, or while entering or leaving the Museum or the Park then that would be viewed as acceptable collaterial damage by the anti-gun crowd. If they chose to disarm themselves and then me legally then they expect would be thugs\criminals to have a sudden brain storm or epiphany and decide to behave in a more philosophical or civilized manner.
