I used a bunch of lead 185 grain SWC's in a Ruger P90 when I shot production USPSA. That stinking gun would eat them like candy. I think I had 3.8 or 4.0 grains of Bullseye in that load- it was just enough to cycle the action for faster follow up shots.
I realize this is a poor way to train for real world shooting, but I was just punching cardboard as fast as possible. And I'd never carry the P90- I don't think I've ever been in that kind of shape.
