I built the whole gun around the p223 scope, hence the 20" 1/9 barrel as the scope is calibrated for hornady 55gr on a 20" barrel. The idea is that I can put it in anyone's hands and they can make some decent long distance shots without burning up my match grade 308.

I can hear differences on my short barrels using different ammo, that extra powder burning is going to expand air somewhere. @Laufen, I tested it with my sparrow so mines a monocore as well.

That really surprises me because on my pistols and my 4.5" AR I had a few silencer manufactures ask me if I was testing while wet it was so much quieter.
