Just got done with my Polymer Glock.
Finished just like in the video Except I used a Milling machine instead of a Drill Press.
Hand fitted the Rear to the slide Then Assembled, Lubed and now ready for test fire.

Nice pistol so far but will have to wait to shoot it tomorrow.

Right? I've been pouring all of my "play money" into my .308 AR but as of this weekend, all of the parts for that are bought and most are assembled. Now I can move onto other projects like this one!

Yep, I can do the rest with a hand drill and dremel if I chose to.

Nope. Just a dremel, files and some patience. A vise is handy if you have one though.

After reading this thread, and watching numerous videos. I decided to make it happen. It looks like a fun project and I'm excited to get it started! Ordered a kit off of deltateamtactical, and snagged a LPK off eBay on the cheap.

I went full size, mainly because it was $70 shipped...and also never have owned a 17.

Make sure the parts kit is for a 17. I didn't realize it but there is a difference. That difference being the spring for the take down pin/lever/thingy.
