All things being equal, I'm sold on the Ford Ecoboost platform for their 1500 series trucks and SUV's. My 6000+ pound Extended Length 4x4 Expedition with a twin turbo 3.5L V6 pulls harder than the 5.3L V8 in my 2006 Suburban, gets 7MPG better fuel economy and weighs 1000lbs more. If I needed a daily driver pickup truck that doubled as a commuter vehicle and residential hauler, I would choose the Ecoboost platform over the competition

Look at this Chevy bombed on this... It looks like Mitsubishi up front and the back side view, a Hyundai SUV... Not retro at all. A retro 4 and 2 door blazer would have sold... This looks like every other SUV out there.

I do like the old Chevy Blazers, and the old school features, like the removable top, and they did look good... But this, is just another SUV, maybe not even that, more like a crossover.
This is cool...

I think the 2020 Bronco will be closer to the old Blazer look, depending on which website photos you trust

Yes, it will look a lot closer to the 70's Bronco, and they will sell the hell out of them. The new Blazer will rot on the showroom floors.
I dunno man, seems like everybody is producing a lot of midsize SUVs/crossovers these days, obviously there's a market for it.

I'm not a fan myself, but people are obviously buying them if they keep introducing more
