Curious if anyone has recently used the SS Kiosk with a 41F Compliant Trust?

Did you list the trustees, even though you are filing the 41F Amendment?

My thought was that if I list them on the Kiosk it was going to ask for their photo and prints, even though I'm filing an amendment.

I wouldn’t think you’d list them since the amendment addresses why they aren’t on the form otherwise yeah they’d have photos and prints too. Just my 2cents

No, Dean Phillips has his trust written for the amendment. On the amendment it states it is null and void once item is approved by ATF.

Have you tried that one yet. I heard it was getting kicked back and a new amendment was written.

Well that was a little disappointing... 20 days for SS to review my paperwork and have me sign my F4!!!!
