If I ever finish this basement then my wood area in garage will be my next project to organize. Gonna copy some of your ideas with your approval.

Copy whatever you would like. Most of the things I make are storage and organization things since I only have a corner of my garage for my woodworking. I hope to have a dedicated shop area in my next house so I can put up a french cleat wall for my tools.

I have 2 car garage but no cars parked inside. Half will be my shop when I am done. Have to work out how to set up to be efficient. Have dust collection, band saw, table saw, miter box, planer to figure out along with side tables for supporting longer wood. Don`t have the money for fancy add on tables so going to make do with what I have.

If my wife would stop putting a bunch of crap in the garage I would have more space. I am thinking of moving stuff around to give me more room.

Two things I want to make is a table saw “station” to give me some extra storage in the area under the table saw wings that is wasted space and an assembly/outfeed table that’s I can use for glue ups and to put on the back of my saw so the wood doesn’t just fall on the floor.

A real dust collector and bandsaw will have to wait since I don’t have space but I think I’m going to get a scroll saw to help with small cuts and curves till I can get a good bandsaw.

I got ahold of a 2 inch maple top about 8 feet long. going to cut in half to make side table supports for band saw and table saw. I scrounged up some 2 inch galvanized angle iron that is used for custom shelving brackets. Going to use it for the legs on the table tops

Would anyone be interested in a shop smith mark 5? I have one that I will not(ever) be using. Has a few attachments with it. It’s at my rental house in the shop. Can get pics if interested.

Would be great for the guys with minimal space. As it converts to whatever you need.
