I have waited at least 6/8 months and prolly a 1200/1500 rounds on a rimfire can and they just pop right out. When I clean em I coat it with fireclean and knock on wood I haven’t had this problem but I know some here have.

I've needed a 5/8 socket, extension and a mallet to remove some from a 9mm. The pb blaster, etc etc didn't do squat. This tool might be pretty handy.

Sounds like it is cross threaded. Might want to double check when you get the end cap off.


was hand tight when I started shooting,loosened half way out.I noticed when I got home. Would not budge,I do need better tool though

ARC22 from Dobbs, had already sent back to him once before for same issue, just feel the aluminum is not wuite the best material. WOnder if getting a stainless cap if that would help
Yeah. Not a very well thought out can. I bought 2 without ever seeing one. Rough machine work and cuts in the caps to use a tool can make it difficult.
