I'm fat and I drink too damn much. I'm going Sober October and jumping back into my workout regimen. If you're in you must commit to the following...
No alcohol consumption in the month of October.
No weed in the month of October.
5 hours of workouts logged each week.
Daily commentary in this thread about how you feel, workouts and weight loss.
Honesty. If you fuck up, be honest and post it here.

I'm doing it regardless of anyone else but would love some fellow travelers.

good for you, I can do without alcohol,its just I hate exercise. Not fat by any means but the belly is pooching a little more.

I just bought an elliptical and have been hitting it 30 minutes a day trying to lose this extra 60lbs I put on the last 3 years. I ain't giving up my weekend booze though, you're on your own there.
30 min on the elliptical burns about 1 canObeer if your going real hard. So do 60 min and drink more.
