8 miles yesterday.
Was on vacation last week, got in a 4 mile run, then Saturday morning I thought I'd do some trail running. Y'all been to West Virginia? They got mountains there....kicked my butt.

1776 - your posts make my shoulders hurt.

I ran a fast 2.2 at lunch....same yesterday. Ran 14 Sunday, a buttload of miles the week before that, longest run was 22 miles.
Marathon is Sunday morning. When I get this mofo done I'm coming back to Oklahoma and sitting in my Tree Lounge with a muzzleloader while I recover.

The secret to lifting without joint pain is pretty simple: form and bone broth.
Form doesn't have to be perfect, it just can't be fucktarded.
Bone broth, I drink a cup probably 5 times a week.

I've had both rotator cuffs reground and repaired. I'm all about staying fit, but I don't care to go through that again. I'll let the young guys do the heavy lifting.

I love it when a 'personal trainer's does shit like hit the leg press and not break 90°, lock the knees out at the top and push on their knees at the bottom......sheer fucking brilliance........but the chick has a fantastic ass

Light day, died early on shoulders, figured I would with shoulder press and delt raises doubled up on each other.
