I would think that blank guns would be a little safer for them to be selling in liquor stores than even .22 single shots. I'm not the worlds keeper, but those two things are best kept a few hours apart.

I went to a saloon/shooting range in Wisconsin once. Nice place.

Went to a couple of those in Wyoming in the 80s when I lived out west. Good times and never saw anybody get out if control. Never heard about it happening in the 5 or so years I lived out there.
