    Better suppressed and maybe more accurate than a semi auto with the same length barrel are the only benefits I can see. Am I missing something?

    Don’t get me wrong, I think they look cool and I want one.

    Major,and important benefits that everyone is talking about...everyone is talking about the bennneeeffitts.

    1. Looks cool in a Madmax sort of way.
    2. Comes with zero expectations outside of looking cool and being fun.
    3. I've never owned anything quite like it, that makes me want to build one.
    4. It's more interesting than yet another plastic pistol or "mission specific" AR.

    This type of project isn't an exercise in perfecting a function specific design, wringing more from a cartridge, or "improving" a concept.... it's about creating something that's totally sub par or worse at every shooting task EXCEPT being fun.
