    Again, he did preface his advice with "Well, if he's running a Green Egg, which is more of a convection oven Vs the competition smokers that I'm familiar with", it was at that point that I just took down his notes and didn't question anything ;)

    that's always a personal preference!! I usually run a nice light blue smoke, I'm usually around 250*

    Just threw a butt in the lazy mans smoker. Will put ribs on in the morning and sausage in the afternoon.

    I know many say this is cheating, but sometimes I don't feel like messing around with the big smoker.

    I pick up a pack of Raw Extra wide rolling papers. The trick is to not roll them too tight! The hardest part is keeping it lit!!!

    My dad has an electric Bradley Smoker that he uses sometimes too. It really is convenient. I honestly can't taste a difference when he uses it. I've been thinking about picking one up myself. I was hoping that he'd get the bigger one like he's been talking about and give me the smaller one but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen any time soon.
