What about @Abe
I’ve restored around 50 heirloom axes and hatchets over the past 6 years. I can get it ready for you!Does anyone do legacy ax restoration? I have an ax from each of my grandfathers. They’re probably 75 years old or more. I don’t want them to lose their character but I would like to make them an heirloom. Does anyone have any recommendations where to go for this? Thanks.

I want to keep a lot of the character and history of the ax, especially the handle. Knowing this was the handle that each of my grandfathers gripped is special when I grip it.
