So I'm really itching to get a Remington 700 someday soon... and one of the mods I am really digging is the AB Arms MOD X chassis. Has anyone had any experience with this chassis or know of any info on it? All I've heard so far has been seen on both Sootch00's and Yeager's Youtube channel and talking with Don Numbers, Tactical Response's Armorer. Don really likes it, which is a big stamp of approval for me. I'm hoping to get my hands on it in October when I'm in Camden, but I'd like to hear the peanut gallery's opinion.

It's a Remington

Making it look cool won't change you're shooting

Get a high quality savage and a B&C medalist stock

Pick up bitches left and right at the range.

Ruger Precision Rifle is my latest lust.

Half minute of angle. Folding buttstock. Takes mags. Lots of rails. Factory threaded. Adjustable trigger.

Barrel changes like an AR - something like that.

Much lust.

Yeah Ive been looking at those too, and really like them...I have a thread on here somewhere. I just want to hear more about it as I'm not a huge Ruger fan.

Stay with .308? Or drop the panties and slay the hunnies with 6.5Creedmore, 300WinMag or .338Lapua?

If you have time and availability to make it to a 1000yd range regularly than one the bigger boys you mentioned.

If not, then 308 so you can learn to adjust dope better

That chassis looks nice.

I'm hoping to get that ruger though. For as little as I would shoot at any real distance the Ruger seems like a little better value.

Do they make the chassis for savage as well?

Really a great set up. Like that solid receiver that long 20 MOA rail and adjustable comb stock. Im curious as to availability to other rifles too.

The squirrel was lucky he was doped in for 1000 yds! Hate to see what .308 would do to one at 100 yds! LOL
