I didn't shoot FMJ's. I shot 125gr HP's. I wanted to see if they would expand in perfect conditions. They did not. In my extensive testing, I've never seen a round that wouldn't expand in water, do so in flesh. Mock the "milk jug test" as much as you want but it still gives you a better idea of what the round can do more than the paper target at your average indoor range.
Those hp's aren't there to initiate expansion, nor are those bullets designed for hunting...not that they won't kill critters, they just weren't designed for the purpose.

NVRMIND, I see this has been addressed.

I'm a fan of Paul Harrell's meat target for simulations.
